So I flew around for the first time last night. I am impressed already. I used my mouse to navigate.....however I will be picking up a joystick soon for the feel aspect. So what does the prevailing Ace pilots suggest I get? And who would carry it?

I am currently looking to get a new joystick myself but here is what some of the others have said.

The Saitek x-45 or the Cyborg Evo seem to be the stick of choice for most people.

I have a saitek cyborg evo and it's perfect. More than enough buttons (all programmable)...comfortable grip...throttle controls...and it's cool looking
Just make sure you get a stick with a throttle control and one that can be twisted (for rolls).

I like the Saitek X45... Throttle and control stick combo with a rocker/lever on the back of the throttle to control z-axis.
I personally don't like joysticks that have the z-axis (twist handle) on the stick, as I tend to twist on the stick as I'm moving it left or right causing unwanted movement.
I've heard the Thrustmaster hotas stick/throttle is nice too, but the saitek x45 is much more affordable.
