If you were to achieve a totaly 0 dead zone your ship will drift and turnd in random directions no matter how good the stick is. Personaly I have my in game dead zone aboiut 25% and sensitivity at 50% so I'm not bouncing all over the place fighting the sensitive nature of the x52.

I've got 0 dead zones programmed on my Cougar, but I fly with 1 tick of dead zone on the control options. That's because at 0 dead zone on the options, any small calibration drift will cause my ship to move.

However it should be possible to actually achieve that 0 dead zone, and THEN adjust the deadzone if it gets too sensitive.like it is now it seems like the game don't react to the first movements that I know the joystick outputs. (since I can see those movements registered in the sticks control panel)

And it is possible to make the dead zone I experience WAY smaller before the shipstarts tobounce all over the placebecause of any sensitiv nature with this stick.

Any others know if this is a game programming issue or something else I could actually do something with to improve?

I have just bought myself a new Saitek X-52 FCS and was really looking forward to finally getting rid of that d...nd dead zone I had with my old stick.

I test my new stick in the sticks own control panel and drewls as I see the smallest movement to the side makes the axis indicators move..

My dissappointment is therefore great when I log in to the game, launches up in space and start moving my stick.. there I have to move the top of my stick at least 0.8-1 inches to the left before I get any movement on my grievous fighter in top turning speed.

Yes I have put the joystick dead zone slide to no dead zone in options - controls. And I have also checked that there is no dead zone in my sticks option outside the game..

I have also tried to experiment with the sensitivity slide.. but still the same result..

Does anyone have the same or another experience? Or any tips on how to fix this?
