have the devs fixed the quest siliently in 22 and has anyone tried it?

i hope its fixed to the point i can get it

Even if the Quest was fixed, I don't expect the ship to be fixed until publish 37.

if at all, once this new 50 quest exp comes out, they will concentrate on fixing them as the Jedi scream the loudest they get fixed 1st. so dont hold your breath.
