Is there any information posted anywhere that details the costs to your ships system when you use droid programs?

For example, when I use Weapon Capacitor Overcharge 4 without first using Reactor Overload I am most likely going to lose the use of my ordnance or my booster or something like that. If I use Reactor Overload 4 by itself does that affect my ships system? I would like to know what stresses my system is feeling when I useeach individualprogram.
