Thread: Privateer tier 2 mission 2 help (mission doesn't seem to be working, and not I am that bad)

It says I have to search and destroy Nym ships in the lok sector. Okay, first I get there, and no yellow text giving more specific mission details pops up, so I just figure they will pop up as I find and kill Nym ships. After about an hour of this I give up and decided to ask you guys.


Anyone with this quest know what I am doing wrong; also, where is a good place to find Nym ships. I wen t to nyms hovel and none were around.

I'm assuming you're CorSec. Look in your mission log, and see if it states specific types of ships. I don't think it does, but check anyway. Then, look for Nym's x-wings. Kill the tier 3 ones, if you can, and you should get a system message telling you how many you still need to kill. I think it ends up being 10. This mission was a little annoying.


As far as a good place, I can't really tell you.

okay, that is probably the problem. I could only find tier 2 X-wings.

I just finished Corsec...


you are after Nym'sEnforcers I believe. They are flying Z95s if I am not mistaken. I think you have to kill 5. There are a couple other type of Nym's ships that do not count toward your mission. There is a spawn near the Lok hyper point Nym's Hovel. It has 2 of the ships you need to kill and one you dont. Kill all 3 and move about 1km away, they will respawn quickly, rinse and repeat
