I think i actually put that cap on my ship tonight. It's a name that kinda punches you in the face when you see it.

I've used the Huppla before. I don't think its one that's very common though.

The only thing I would wait on is publish 24 to get the drain bonus. The only real difference between a 97 and 100 speed Nym's engine is ego, 97 is still very good.

The Huppla has 40+ recharge drops regularly and have been around since launch.

And those stats are very good imo. The Roll could do with being a touch higher, but its not essential.

And I came across a Cert 4 "Huppla Pasa Tisc Old-Tech Capacitor" and had never seen the name before, anyone else seen it?

Drain, maybe try to shave off another 100. With EO4, that'll translate to another 1k you shave off.
I'd actually wait to try for 78+ on at least PY post-re. Pitch looks close so far, yaw and roll could be a bit better.
The speed is actually not bad, though holding out for that 99 is what every seems to want, but never achieve.
Mass looks very good.

And as to the capacitor, think I've seen a couple hundred of them in my mass loot days. It's an odd name, still catches me sometimes, but fairly common I'd say.

I use a spreadsheet to calc it all

73.4 and 73.0 are pre-RE for P and Y

Yeah i got one of those capacitors the other day, not bad either. Overall it had the best stats on any 'single' capacitor ive ever found.
