Try Haymir (sp?) at the Yavin IV Imperial outpost - Im 3323 Black Epsilon, and thats where my missions come frome.

Tier 3 is multi-part missions before training, and no XP required.

Kryxal is right.

Listen to what your contact is saying. He's probably saying, "Hey, what are still do here. I told you see Bob on <insert planet name>. Go bugger off!" or something to that effect.

Do as he says. Teir 3 only require you to complete missions to level up. No xp required or used. You're now banking your xp for teir 4, which require 1 million per skill AND completion of a mission.

right, i'm trained 2-2-2-2 pilot and cant get the first mission for tier 3 because my trainer, Prisk at Talus Imp outpost won't give me anything other than a duty assignment. In addition, I'm also capped on pilot xp so I should be able to train a box at tier 3, but again trainer won't train.

So now I'm stuck tier 2-2-2-2 unable to train, unable to get anything other than duty missions from my trainer... anyone have any suggestions?

Wow, wonder if I'm not as nuts as I thought I was. I ran into the same problem and I couldn't figure out why Prisk wasn't training me. I could swear there was nothing said about going to Yavin IV to meet the trainer there. Anyways, at least a CSR pointed me in the right direction.

BTW, here's the Black Epsilon Trainers (cut-and-paste from SWG Wiki):

Tier 1: Hakasha Sireen, Imperial Outpost, Talus (-2183, 2259)
Tier 2: Prisk Kith'Vys, Imperial Outpost, Talus, -2187, 2260
