I recently "finished" outfitting it and man is it fun to fly . the most fun ive had sofar is dive bombing the kessel corvette's critical subcomponents hehehe.

Slip in a Lvl10 engine with insane PYR.
Biggest shield you can get your hands on.
And 3 Mark II Image Rec launchers.


Then it's time to hunt rebel scum in deep space.
(You get the most juicy tells this way)


Fun a few times atleast, just one of many fun things this ship can do.

T/O has my vote that it is arguably the best ship in the game, is a monster in both PvE and PvP.

Normally i'm thinking, "Ok what am i doing, PvE? Ok, ill fly this." or, "Ok im going to PvP, so ill fly this ship instead", The T/O is sort of like, "hmm ok kinda tired of part farming, lets go see whats doing in DS".

From busting vettes, to squishing A wings like bugs, the Tie Oppressor is a can of whoopass with solar panels.

You just have to fly it differently is all. Mentally I compare it to a Stuka Dive bomber or an A 10 warthog.

How do you outfit your TIE Oppressor? And how do you fly it?


I find that it's harder to fly than the TIE Advanced, for me the TIE Advanced was easier to aim and get blaster fire on target than the TIE Oppressor.


I really want to start using the Oppressor but right now, my TIE Advanced beats it hands down.
