Ok im a rebel jedi and wanted the jedi starfighter, also freelance pilot. So i went imp did the quest and got the deed unpacked it and put it in datapad. Loaded all my good stuff on it and took it for a spin. Now I leave the imp and go back rebel and it is no longer in my datpad. What the hell i dont understand it is listed in all 3 pilot tier 4 blocks so when is it gone. Has this happened to anyone else?

Its posible it just vanished. Someone in my guild a few days ago lost her X-wing out of her data pad. It might just be random ships vanishing all over.

umm if you retire your space profession in order to go back through another pilot profession, then you need to deed your ships(only exception being the sorosuub yacht)BEFORE you retire. Don't believe me try this...go to tier 1 in say Smuggler Alliance and put a dunelizard in your datapad. Now retire from Smuggler alliance. You no longer have any pilot skills...you won't be certified to fly any ship (but the sorosuub yacht) so any ships in your datapad other than the yacht will be removed...since you can fly any ship in your datapad. For those that keep bringing up the idea that you shouldn't forget how to fly after you retire from a space profession. If you are a Teras Kasi Master and you surrender all of your TKM skills and take a different profession, rifleman for example, you don't remember how to do TKM moves after you've surrendered them. When you retire from a space profession your entire pilot history is erased...all pilot skills are removed. If you become a master pilot in a space profession/faction and decide to retire and go through a different pilot profession/faction then you get double xp as you go up the new/restarted pilot profession/faction. After retiring a couple more times after mastering you get triple xp and thats as high as the modifier gets. The devs were quite generous in that regard in helping you gain experience faster after you have mastered a previous pilot profession/faction.

Not true.

My alt retired and now has a y-wing longprobe in his datapad as well as his yaucht.

I had a firespray in my datapad when i dropped rebel pilot to grind imp master.

interesting...I would consider that a bug that could be used to exploit your ship loadout upon switching to the same faction. Throw in higher tier equipment than the initial certification level of your ship then retire. They really should not allow you to retire from a pilot profession then if you still have a ship other than the yacht in your datapad. Only way to prevent exploitation of loadouts when you retrain a pilot profession would then be to require all ships in datapad (other than the yacht) to be redeeded before you are given the option to retire.

When you have a high capacity scatter at master bounty hunter do you keep the scatter in your hand after you surrender the master box? Or is it unequiped automatically?

He said he's a Freelance pilot which means he doesn't need to retire from his pilot profession to switch ground faction.
