Ok, I decided to try out the Freelance Smuggler Alliance with my jedi character. So far, it's been really easy.

Problem is, I never did the Jabba Theme Park with this character. I received the Palace Access Documents from the Tat Station mission but the guy at the front of the palace tells me I need to get them signed. Who signs them? I can't seem to figure this one out. I'll do the Theme Park if I have to, but I really wanted to by-pass that for now and continue my flying.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I apologize if this has been covered in another thread, but I couldn't find it if it has.

Nevermind. I found the radial menu option on the documents to sign them. Now I have full access to the Palace and Jabba's throne room.
