Thread: Weapons not working.

Hi all.
I've just started playing JTL. Bought a new ship and all that and put new equipment in it. However when i launch my ship and go into space my weapons don't work. The red bit for your weapons isn't charged or whatever its sitting at 0 and when i click fire it just makes a thud noise. If anyone could help me here it would be appreciated.

Sounds like you're lacking power, or don't have a Cap.
If you haven't already, get a Weapon Capacitor.
If you have, check it's energy;
If it still has potential energy in it, but isn't pumping it out in space, it's energy.
For energy problems, grab a bigger Reactor, or run a Reactor Overload droid command.
But I'll bet it's probably the Capacitor itself.

You were right i hadn't put in a capacitor. Doh.
