The engine I pulled (the only decent thing from the quest) was:
Y 70
P 70
R 63.7
S 99.7
So you can see why I can't resist REing this.
now I have 71.1s for the Y/P/R and a lowish mass and drain engine, but in your opinion what should I hold out for?
P.S. If you are on Lowca and want to help with the looting, or have tasty loot engines to sell, let me know... this thing is driving me crazy sitting there not fufilling it's full potental.

From what I have experienced, it seems you'd be able to get 72 preRE for YPR if you looted around a bit, but even better if you really waited and looted lots 
Speed of course is already taken care of, as long as you have something low mass and low drain, you'd be set

If you can find, of have handy the Freelance L8 reward engine, that has much higher armor and hp than any loot. While I imagine you'll be taking good care of this anyway, the extra protection doesnt hurt at all. If you can find one on the bazaar or whatever at a bargain basement price (yes, that happens) snag it.
