According to the weapon layout thingy this craft has two primary weapons and one missile slot.
The ship shows 2 gun turrets at the front. Naturally what I would like to do it fire both of my uber weapons at once. Can it be done?
Or
1) Can I only fire one at once and it will fire from both turrets
2) Can I only fire one gun at one but that gun will alternate between weapons group 1 and weapons group 2.
3) Can I only physically swap primaries using a key (shift MSB1 for example). This one seem to be usful because some weapons are good vs sheilds and others good versus armor.
My other toon had an xwing and i seem to rememebr it could fire both guns at once.
Any helps appreciated.

Go to your Weapon Group Management screen while in space. You can add both weapons into one group. Then use your keymapper to map that weapons group to whatever button you wish. You probably had done this with your X-Wing without realizing it.
With my X-Wing, I use a js with 12 buttons and a twist function. I have my first button (trigger switch) set to fire Weapons Group 1 (all blasters), my second button (thumb switch) for Weapons Group 2 (all missiles). I then mapped the other buttons for firing a single blaster (good for disabling light targetswithout overkill), a single missile, targeting nearest enemy, boosters, etc. Using this config, I can do everything with one hand.
Hope this helps.

So does this mean both weapons would fire at once - thats around 4to6k damge per shot, or that they would fire alternately?

If you group them together, they will fire at the same time. The key is to make them all part of the same group and then map that "Fire Group x" function to whatever button you'd like. You'll still be able to fire them individually as well.
