As far as your question: I believe that you have to do an NPC space mission in the Tat sector... that is one of the theories I have heard, I did this little mission once and it appeared sometime after that (too bad I had already mastered when I ran the mission). Other than that I honestly don't know. /shrug

is there anyother npc space missions I can do in the tat sector besides the one given at the tat space station?

And no the Empire and I have since parted ways, there is a nice RP thread floating around chronicling the stories... let me see... oh here it is.

are you either a smuggler or a pilot in the smugglers alliance? And did you get the option to land at jabbas palace before you did the mission given by the tat space station?

I am a SA pilot.

- i can land at Jabba's landing pad.
- i have never done Tat's space station mission : to this date i cannot get the station master to reply anything else than "is this an employment agency ?"
- i never managed to get the pass into the palace
- i did all the theme park

There is an NPC flying in a Scyk (forgot his name) that you will find at "Hutt's Claims" in Tatoine space. Target him and talk to him - he will give you a series of missions (very easy at 2/2/2/2), which may or may not be what unlocked Jabba's palace access for me. There are a few more details about him in Publish 11.5 iirc.

His name is Garrett Erlskel. I did his series of missions and I still don't get the option. I think im just gunna drop all my current pilot skills and join the smugglers alliance. I think the reason why I can't land at jabbas palace is because I either need to be in the S.A. or I am too high level pilot so the tat station mission isn't offered to me (someone i was talking to in-game mentioned thathe thinksI have to be 2222 and I am 2322).
