I have seen many people asking for one of these, and I myself get tired of the "trial and error" method to check that my current loadout will work with overload programs and calculating everything whenever I make a change gets old fast...
So, I made myself a very simple excel spreadsheet to do the calculations for me
Simple to use... fill in the pink boxes, and use the yellow dropdowns to select your overload program. Do something daft like select all progs and it will bork the calculations so keep it simple
Download it as a tiny 4k zip file here: http://www.freewebs.com/bcsi/energycalc.zip
Enjoy
Edit: Poxy forums borked my clicky - have to copy and paste

Aside from colors that make my eyes bleed good job
. Also you cannot enter any stats in the shield/cap section until you unprotect the sheet.
