Thread: ok.. privateers.. can you declare with a mission?

I swear i've done it before.. I'm regrinding smuggler's alliance and i have the mission to kill the ties in kessel, so naturally i want to declare before i go so i can rake in some FP. I've been to every rebel post in the galaxy and they either A- wont talk to me unless i declare or B- wont talk to me because i have a mission..
whats goin on here?

No you can not declare when you have a mission...
That's why it's nearly imposible for RSF/Rebel pilot to get the thingy ship with the two shooty things out the back...(ok...I just had a brain f4rt)
However there is kinda a work around for that....just have a Rebel wingman with you....
