I waaaay agree with this. It is a type of Combat XP after all. And after they nerfed the real Combat xp from 3:1 to 30:1 we, sure could use it, even at 50:1 or 100:1

Has Mastered Cancelling again cause of CU2(NGE). Good Job with Customer Retardation.....erm....Retention.

I'd be cool with it, as long as it's only applicable to XP gained while declared.
