What would happen if any of the NPC ships that give out missions are destroyed, like the YT-1300 around Kashyyyk station?

And yes, I know they can't be killed by players. That's not to say they can't be killed, though.

Tonight, as a guild event, we ran the Tier 5 gunboat duty from the YT at Kashyyyk station. During the last wave of gunboats, I had dragged the battle near the Rodian base, and the Decimator there got a bit beat up during the battle. It was down to around 90% shields--nothing critical, sure, but it definitely brought the question to mind. If I had, for example, *kept* the battle at the Rodian base--rather than just go racing past it, ducking for cover behind stationary objects to avoid gunboat laserfire and missiles--that Decimator could easily have been destroyed by the five Tier 5 gunboats. So...what would happen then?

back when rotw came out you could kill them and they were fast !!! was fun they chase you he he.. now if they die i guess they would do what they did then ... respawn.. and btw i did test that on the rodian decimator and he died he he... i took a few tier 5 gbs from the heavy x mission over to that stationto test it and he helped me out for awhile but there turrets were just to much. he repopped a min later
