Thread: Symbols on the Component View page?!?!

I've posted this in the JTL Discussion boards, but it can't hurt to ask here as well...
When you open your ship component view while in space (default key is "v") sometimes there'll be a few symbols next to the names of your components, as in this picture. Does anyone know what the heck these symbols mean? I've looked, but I could easily be missing something.

as far as i have worked out the little triangles means those systems are running on low power
quite how this affects them im still unsure but i guess they are less effective
the little round symbols means that those systems are disabled due to lack of power
cure... get a larger power gen reacter or a higher lv of reacter overload chip
and always turn reacter overload on 1st before u overload other systems or u could disable the droid interface too which means u cant reset astomechs
only way to get out of that is pump reacter to reset all systems then start overloading from scratch
starting with the reacter.

If you click on the 'help' checkbox at the top of that screen, and then start looking at each of the help boxes that appear to describe each section of the screen....there will be 3 boxes that appear, one after another, to describe the icons you refer to.
This will give you the textual description, however, these help boxes don't show a picture of 'which' icon they are describing. So if you can hook the text descriptions up with the right icon on your own...you'll be set.
I haven't figured these out myself yet....as just the other day I saw them and asked the same question

The triangle does mean lower power for that component, resulting in reduced efficiency.
The circle with a line through it means disabled, either due to lack of power or component is damaged too serverely.
There's a third one that pops up, looks kinda like a little lightning bolt (if I remember right). Not really certain what this means, since it only shows up on my reactor, and even then it's sporradic.
Wonder if it could mean that you are overstressing your reactor, ie, launching with it in the red.
