As a factioned Imperial, I plan on being a freelance pilot. Will I still be able to access deep space?

As a Master Pilot you will be able to yes, however when you get there I think you'll have to choose a side (or maybe not, depending on what nuetral faction your flying for).

Wish I knew more about it, but I only have a rebel pilot and an imperial pilot.

Yes, you can access deep space, you just won't be able to go overt and earn faction points there is all.

Can a Freelance pilot go overt and say in Endor kill Imperial shipsd for faction points or is it only in Kessel where faction points can be earned?

Faction Army member, but Freelance Navy pilots can go overt for their chosen side and earn FP anywhere except Deep Space.

i used to be able to go into ether rebel or imperial side untill i became a rebel. then i could only fly for the rebellion in DS and not Imperial.

Faction points will be earned ANYWHERE for the destruction of an oppositionally aligned enemy after making your overt declaration. DS is just the fastest way to earn faction as the point values are at least 50 per fighter and are readily available to dispatch (unless that particular faction has been forced into the kessel system). It's for this reason that I don't understand why there aren't more overt pilots out there. I always run overt as it's the first thing I do in my prep after launch, but I rarely see any overt rebels and it's mostly my personal imperial friends doing it on eclipse since I've turned them onto it. Oh well huh?
