Check the announcements!

ahazi, Bloodfin, Bria, Chilastra, Chimaera, Corbantis, Eclipse, Gorath and Intrepid are going down tonight at 11PM PST for the CU and wont be back uptell 6PM PST tuesday. The rest of the servers are going down tuesday.

As some of you kknow from test, ships arent converting very well with addition of a cargo hold. I haven't heard of this being fixed yet.

I highly suggest you dismantel your ships just to be safe. Hopefully i get home from work in time to do the same

I was just about to come and post a warning.


As ducimus said, there is an issue with the ships that, when converted to the mining system, may delete or hide your weapons and other components. I highly HIGHLY suggest that everyone dismantle their ships before logging out this evening (or the evening your server is scheduled to be converted.


Unfortunately, it does not seem as though they were able to get this fixed before this sudden (and odd) change of schedule. For the sake of sanity on these boards, please dismantle your ships!

I highly recommend doing the same thing. I'm going to check the status on this bug now.

Thanks for posting this warning.

I lost some good weapons on my converted ship when my server was on test.


I would be very upset to lose those same weaponson live.

I've converted my ships to deed form, got a nice full inventory with components and 3 ship deeds now. Told my guild to do the same. Closing ranks with the previous posters. Empty your ships and get them out of the datapad!

I'll be rushing home after work to package all my ships before CU eats my super duper components. I suggest everyone do the same. (BTW you don't nee to deed them, just take the components out for safeties sake!)

I prefer to generate a RotW type ship myself, then trust SOE to convert my current ships correctly.


Besides, my Nova was missing the repair panels anyway.

Bug fixed or not, I'll bepulling all the components... might redeed my fighters, but not my decimator - too much work to remove and replace everything inside.

Ah thanx for that. I would have been out of control angry if I'd lost some of my prized loot. Think i'll be breaking down and redeeding all my ships tonight then spending tommorrow grinding my starsider characters up to master to check out pvp there this weekend.

I thought space was not impacted by CU??

That's correct, not by the CU. However, there are some changes being made in RotW (namely, mining) that requires conversions of existing ships. This is where this issue is coming from.

feeeling very anxious that I cannont log into ahazi to unload my ship and in less than 5 hours there is potential to annhilate all my awesome loot currently installed on my ship. I will be very upset if I cannot log into ahazi prior to this CU.
