Just type /abort. It'll take a minute or two for your hyperdrive to recharge after you do so.

The command is
/aborthyperspace
You can find that and others in the JTL handbook, you just have to look around for them.
Ummmm...wait a second. Maybe not. I may have found the list of commands on the forums here. *shrug* There you go anyway. =)

just typing in " /a " works too.
The comandline is kinda of intelligent acutally, it recognizes partial commands

The command was added late in beta, well after the manuals were printed. They kept the manual fuzzy and lacking facts because things were subject to lots of changes. When I looked at it again just now I was surprised they didn't have stuff on Formations still in it

It was near to 3 minutes in Beta once, but don't know when it was changed, but its 40 seconds after you type /abort now that you can start a new jump.
It will give you a "Your Hyperdrive is now recharged" message once its ready again, then you can start the next 45 seconds timer and jump
