Hi
I have just gone imperial and need to start up the Pilot tree again (did get 4333 on rebel).
There was one spot at endor I used to get xp, bodyguards and they only aggroed when you attacked them and got good xp off them.
Now that I am imperial I cannot kill them, anyone have a similar spot for a imperial pilot?
cheers

My favorite spot was the Red Sin Chimera hyperspace point in the Endor system. There was a good Tier 4 spawn nearby that's easy to keep rolling if you're Tier 3 and 4. About another 2 clicks away is a relay station with a nice T4 Rebel spawn of A-wings, B-wings, and X-wings. Make sure you have a good motor or you will be sweating when 3 A-wings gang up on you.
As a Tier 1 and Tier 2 pilot, I did most of my dogfighting in Nym's Hovel in the Lok system. There's some nice slow and fat Tier 2 and Tier 3 bombers (Nym Bombers and Corsair Man O' Wars) that are easy to keep in order with the faster lower level TIEs. Just stay on their 6, you don't want their missiles on you!

Endor has always been a good grind area (near D-235) Tier 3's and mainly 4's. But be careful I had a problem getting jumped by two swarms (mostly of B-wings and a few A-wings) and they would pop missles up your tailpipe. My advice is send in a bomber strike before you attack, send it at an A-wing and hit the B-wings leaving the A's last (those little suckers are fast, don't hit so hard...unless in a group, and have a small ship profile making it difficult to hit them). A good thing is you can leave a Bstrike up, repair if you have to and come back and they still maybe working as "your screen".
The good thing about using the b-strike is that you can attack 1 fighter at a time and the rest won't aggro you than you would if you went solo.
Hope this helps and ..... welcome to the dark side.

Where was the rebel grinding spot? hehe
Pop out at D-235 in Endor, there is a large static object that can't be targeted and looks (sort of) like a space station. There is a spawn of L4 X-Wings there that are called bodyguards. Happy Hunting.
