Ok I was given the railgun mission (Tier II) and when I get to the wp the ship never shows up. I have tried everything to try and get the mission ship to spawn. . .

Quit mission and retake

Die and retake mission

Go through Hyperspace fail mission and retake

Cancel mission, take some other space mission, then retake tier II mission

Sat parked at wp, went and ate dinner come back and no railgun ship

None of these have worked, I have spent 2 hours trying this stupid mission. Is this bugged? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Is server reset my answer?

Maybe you have to look around for it - I know on some of the rebel missions you ahve to look around for the ships as they either fly away from the waypoint as soon as you enter the system or they hype in when you arrive at the waypoint but at a distance away!

Thanks... I tried that too. Would fly as far as 2k perimeter around wp and nothing. I have tried everything I can think of and then some. I find it hard to believe that a tier two mission is bugged, I would think they would fix it. So maybe Im just doing something wrong.

No one else had trouble with this mission? The railgun ship was there when you got to the waypoint? I dont know what to do, I file a ticket it could take weeks. Is there no work around?

Ok, it seems that you are in desperate need of help. I just passed this mission with difficulty also. What you have to do is look around for a ship called mercenary courior forget the railgun part disable the ship, dock with it, then inspect it. you should then find the stuff you need. Good luck

Thank you... the ship I needed was in front of me the whole time and i didnt even know it. The funny thing was that I kept destroying the ship I needed and didnt even know it, and it never failed the mission. One of my guildies logged on and did the mission for me in about 2min lol.
