Thread: Need help, looking for a Valcyn Pilot

Hi im new to the proff and have just finished the 1st set of missions and am 1000, i was told a quick way to get exp was to find some1 with a , arc, y-wing, krayt, agressor, nova, decimator, or yt-1300 and man a turrent,killing tier 5's at kessel (duty mission)
If any1 is willing to let me do this, i will pay them well, and may need help with the 2222 grind at a later date.

You can do this, and you will get xp faster, but you are going to miss out on a few things. First, you're not going to collect any loot components for use now and for later reverse engineering. Not that you will get a lot at this level, buty you will get a few. Level 2 and 4 capacitors can be especially useful. Second, you're not going to learn how to fly. You'll hit master, go into Deep Space, and wonder why the Imperial players totally kick your butt.
Tier-1 and Tier-2 xp really does not take very long. Learn how to fly and equip your ships. If you have the money, you might find a heavy Z95 a little easier to fly than the y-wing, but they both have their uses.
Check out the Pilot chat channel if you need a hand with xp, missions, or ship loadout. (/chatroom join swg.valcyn.galaxy.pilots) You might also check out the 77th Fighter/Bomber Wing. Feel free to ask me questions if you see me online.

I concur with my rebel counterpart. Gotta learn the skills or you will be posting OMG!!! JtL suXXorz!!!!11one!! Oh, and welcome to space, look for me in your rear view mirror some time hehe.

Yeah I agree with the guys above. Getting to tier 1 takes maybe an hour, tier 2 takes a bit longer because you need exp but really you should be able to get all the exp in a couple of days of casuale play, then tier 3 is just missions so unless you get stuck that will go quick aswell, even the 1million exp for the tier 4 boxes is quick, to be honest people are just lazy or maybe dont enjoy space as much as me and see the exp as a chore, but then why would they bother going into space at all? 
Anyway good luck to you, but the only tip i can give is get an inspiration buff before you go up in the big black and you'll get a 10% bonus exp

Hi all thx 4 advice im finking of doin some solo to get to grips with the flying aspect and sum on a turret to get the exp a tad faster, if the servers ever come online !
