++First one was my main Imperial Storm ace.
Doing the JSF mission. At the point in which you must defend the base from the rebel assault, most of the rebels I needed to kill spawned stuck in walls and way up on cliffs as well as under buildings.
Somehow when I logged in the next day the mission completed itself.
++Then I decided to do the missions from Kashyyk station for the Imperial TIE interceptor.
Upon completing the final mission to capture and escort the corvette and returning to the station I recieved my rewards.
"You have recieved the Imperial Guard TIE deed!"
"You have recieved the Heavy X-wing mission badge!"
.....something just not right there.
++So I logged on to my privateer, finally got my corvette done in kessel to make ace. Decided to do the Vaksai fighter missions. After finishing the final mission and returning to the station for my reward.
"You have recieved the Vaksai fighter deed!"
"You have recieved the Vaksai fighter mission badge!"
Good, I thought, at least this time I got the right badge so I can actually use it.
However, upon attempting to generate the Vaksai fighter I recieved "You do not have the necessary badge to pilot this vehicle." ... huh?
++At this point I got a little bored so I decided to go Rebel with my privateer.
I dropped privateer ace and joined the rebellion both ground and space factions. Worked myself back up to ace in vortex squadron. At this point I realised I was missing my privateer ace badge. .... Gah! Sure enough thanks to the respec crap no master badges are being issued, and because I happened to finish my vette and make ace at that point and then dropped privateer and went rebel before the respec was over I am screwed outa my privateer ace badge. Really sucks cause pilot professions were not part of the respec.
++Well this X-wing is sweet .. but if I had a little more mass ....
So off I go to do the heavy X-wing mission. Rian Ry gives me the normal first missions .. no problems.
Then she gives me the first mission to meet Eyma on the planet. I go to Eyma and Eyma says to go talk to Rian, she has civilian contracts if your interested. ... But the "contact Eyma" mission does not update. I go back to Rian and the only mission she will give me now is "contact Eyma".
I've now /bugged and sent CSR tickets on all of these and every time I've gotten a "your screwed, I'm sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you" response. Save for one time with Rian's mission to "contact Eyma" one time with that one I got a "you can restart the mission by speaking to the original NPC" response .. of course thats no help because Rian IS the original NPC. When I sent another ticket explaining this again I got a "your screwed" response.
There was a time when I had a problem with some components missing after a server crash. That time I got a CSR response that was actually helpful. They got all my info, they kept in touch, they checked logs and they restored my components.
Why were these CSR's replaced with cut-n-paste monkeys?
(anyone else with similar problems actually gotten help via CSR?)
