Thread: Has anyone /bugged when you didn't get the Master badge and had SOE give it to you?

I sent in 2 tickets concerning not getting my Smuggler's Alliance and RSF badges:
First Response (2 days after I sent a ticket about not getting a SA badge or 2x xp after resigning):
"You cannot get mastery badges while respec is in effect. Please delete this ticket"

Great... I respec'd April 27, it should be well over now (June 10), I let the CSR know this in another ticket:
Second Response (again, 2 days after I sent in ticket):
Sorry to hear you're having problems, I disabled your respec so you can now obtain mastery badges.
Great... since I already gave up Smuggler's Alliance, I decided finish up RSF. I again did not get my badge or xp bonus.
I want to display my enthusiasm for the JTLS game with all my squadron badges, but apparently that is not a possibility. The xp bonus would also be nice if I ever decide todo theImperial squadrons (I'm a Rebel for life).

I thought for a second there that I had stumbled into a FORUM where one asks questions. Crazy me. Please keep your "wisdom" to yourself as I have no need of it.
