I'm ground-neutral and Corsec. All the time while leveling up pilot both rebel and imperial npc ships were yellow dots and I could destory them both. But after I mastered pilot and visited Deep Space for the first time this is no longer the case. After going to DS as an Imperial all the rebel ships in Kessel are red and Imperials are white. If I go back to DS as a rebel, then return to Kessel it's reversed. Imperials are red and rebels arenow white. Normal space is not affected. I can still kill both factions and both are yellow dots.
Any way to be neutral in Kessel again?

I have the same problem and it sucks. Hopefully it's just a bug, if not I pray they change it back. One of the main reasons why I went Privateer was because I liked not being able to kill whatever I wanted to.

There used to be a permanent faction bug with DS and neutrals, where you would have to redeed your ship in order to fix it. Have you tried doing that?

That did the trick. Thanks! Too bad you loose the paint job when deeding though.
