Cana Corsec pilot get/use an ARC-170 assuming he isnt bugged

You just have to be a rebel. Period. I did the whole quest as a rebel on leave= Jolly good fun with the jailbreak: not a single engagement.

one more. If I join rebel AFTER I get pilot, will I need to star over?

You're confusing Rebel with Alliance Pilot. We're talking about the ground faction membership to do the quest for the ARC.

How'd you manage that? The queen wouldn't even talk to me without being a combatant.

They must have nerfed it since then. I did it as a crafter who only goes combatant to get promotions. If I walked through Theed combatant, I would be incapped on first step out of the starport.

I'm wondering if I'm no faction freelance, then join rebel to get the ship, will it void my current pilot proff? When I left reb to join Corsec, it killed my rebel pilot. Visa Versa or not?
