Hey all,

I'm having a real problem with one of the mining missions.

It's the one where you're supposed to escort the Y-8's in Kashyykian space. I get the mission from the Cap'n, launch into space...and get NOWHERE because I'm not given a waypoint or a specific area in Kashyykian space to search.

Does anyone know where I'm supposed to go for this? Or any workarounds for this problem? I've deleted the mission and re-acquired it only to get the same issue. Has anyone else even had this problem? How does it NORMALLY go? *chuckle*

I've posted this in one of the Shipwright threads too just in case it belongs there more than here.

I just came here looking for an answer to this same problem. I got the mission to escort the Y-8's in Kashyykian but when i zone into the system the mission isn't triggered. I even tryed aborting the mission and then getting it again but to no avail. I'll post here if i find anything out, please do the same. Good luck!

I have noticed that it may take a min. for the missions to throw up the wp, or it may be a new bug. I did this mission several weeks ago and had no problem.

I launched into Kash space and flew to every hyperspace point in the zone (just in case). All in all I spent a good 20-30 minutes just roaming around and still didn't get a wp or mission update.

Three times trying, all with the same result. No waypoint is given. Tomorrow I'm going to do a Full Scan and see if that helps in any way.

*sigh* It looks like it's a bug that appeared with the latest patch since it's affecting everyone since then. Hopefully they put in a hotfix soon.
