I know it's a small thing, but damn. I was doing a tier 2 mission out of Dant in the Yavin system - escort the scientist. It was close to reboot time and I had already failed the mission. It took me too long to destroy the fighters and I had gone out of range I guess. But there was one Interceptor left doing loop-de-loops around my Y WIng. I targeted his engines but somewhere along the line that cut off. I had him down to single digits on shields and armor and he was in the 70's on the other two. But I just couldn't put him away. I thought I had him in my sights and then - poof - he was gone. I thought that at least I'd have the satisfaction of putting him down. When he got away, my failure was complete. Wish I could get away like that!
