Went to Lt. barn sinkko to be a imp pilot i have 600 faction points but when i go talk to him he tell me i have no busniess with the imp navy???????

either you're a rebel on the ground, or have some pretty negative imperial FP, or something like that.

-100 reb points,+600 imp points,do you need jtl to become a pilot?

if you have posative rebel faction, you will also be refused.

have -100 reb fp +600 imp fp, do you need to be on active duty to train?

Ibelieve you need to be Imperial on the ground for the Inquisition to accept you.

Not any more at least, I was able to join the Inquisition as a neutral on an old character and was made impial when I did. Don't think I even had the 200 imperial faction you normally need.
