Thread: Lvl 8 engine recent engine drops

Ok, so I got a fairly sexy lvl 8 engine on my A-wing. Thing is..I'm always working towards better and even though I got r,p,y of 76,79,76 on my current one..I want 79,79,79.
Problem is...this lately, I've looted ten lvl 8 engines, all of different types and the r,p,y has really been bad. Only 'slightly' better than lvl 6 engines. The highest I got atm is one with r and p of 71 which isn't bad..but when I think back to when I didn't use lvl 8's and was a lv 6 engine fan, I remember lvl 8 engines having r,p,y in the 70's and mid 70's frequently.
So I just want to know...have any of you looted any lvl 8 engines with r,p,y over 72 at least?
My theory is the good drops are either more rare...or they've been stolen away from us which would be annoying because with the addition of the [ok the speed stats vary but] potentially high speed quantum ion drive....I want r,p,y stats as high as possible in order to tighten the turning circle.
So to summarise if possible could you ...
1. Post the name of the engine with good r,p,y here
2.post the r,p,y
Energy drain and mass don't matter..I'm finding lvl 8's with acceptable attirubutes on those still.

If you're on bria and have any lvl 8 engines with r,p,y of 73+ prior to RE.. if you're willing to sell them, I'll happily buy them

Eeesshh.. pushing 1.4 eh? Somethign tells me that ole prenerf L6 just aint gonna cut it anymore. Gonna be a challenge to fit an L8 into a 50K mass chassis. Either that or i break down and get a RG tie.
EDIT: Good L8 drops have always been rare. It takes months to make a good engine. That said, i strongly suspect engine stats were nerfed a little awhle ago. I have a 97 top speed L8, and the speed is from an OLD, L8 i had saved. I can't find anything else that fast anymore.
