How do i capture Ships? For one mission it says intercept and capture the vessle?

Disable it, using the [ or ] keys, then just pull up close. Capturing is done automatically for you.

No, the cat would just land on the bread, and the butter would be on the cat's paws.

So you're saying the butter would fly off the toast onto the cat's paws, and the cat would land on the toast? Interesting...hmm...
