Weapon 0: Upper Turrent - above cockpit
Weapon 1: Lower Turrent - below aft room on lower level
Weapon 2: Main Gun - Fired by pilot
Weapon 3: Front Turrent 1 - below cockpit in front of ship, faces down (relative to cockpit) by default
Weapon 4: Front Turrent 2 - below cockpit in front of ship, faces down (relative to cockpit) by default

Weapons 3 & 4 are side by side.

Here's helpful hint which I discovered by trial and error. While you are in a turrent zoom out and move it around. You will see exactly where the turrents are on the ship
