You put burned chips with commands on your choice in your astro droid. Then when in space yu press CTRL-A and you will see asto tab. there you will find your commands from the chips:
For PvE I recommend the following 'minimum' set of commands:
Reactor Overload 3, Engine Overload 3, Weapon Overload 3, Capacitor Overcharge 3, Capacitor to Shields shunt 3
(no lvl 4 commands to avoid decay and save time on trips to Deep Space)
For PVP:
Reactor Overload 4, Engine Overload 4, Weapon Overload 3, Capacitor Overcharge 3, Capacitor to Shields shunt 3
