Valcyn has both a Rebel and an Imperial non-Guild Pilot organizations designed around getting Pilots together. There is also a Pilot-centric PA that is not Faction Aligned. Contact Grage for the Alliance 77th Wing, Iscra for the Imperial 6th Wing, and Namuh for the Player Association.
By the way, this thread would have made more sense on the Valcyn Forums. It's actually a pretty friendly place.
