If this has been covered then sry i cant find it, My question is if i master all 3 factions for pilot and stay with rebel at the end will i still have the imperial and freelance Droid chip program commands. For example as a rebel will i be able to program a lvl 4 weapon overload chip?

No, when you drop Imp and start Reb you loose all Imp abilities. You'll have to find them on the bazaar.

The trick is to get some unprogrammed chips and program them with the Freelance/Imp programs *before* you resign those factions. Then you will have a stock of programs to reload once you go Rebel.

The other option is to leave those programs in your droids/astromechs. Once you master one, get all the astromechs/droids you'll want (for me, it's a 2, 4, 6 of each) and program in what you will want to keep. When you resign, those programs will stay in there. You might not be able to use the droid/astromech that has the programs in it, but you will have it available once you get back up to cert for it. I always have a level 2, 4, and 6 of both types sitting in my datapad. The 2's both have WO3 on them already, so whenever I decide to remaster a squad, I'll already have a Tier 1 droid with that program, regardless of what squad I'm in.

The third option is make good friends with a freelance/imp pilot. Then just take them some droid chips and have them program them for you.

The final option is buying pre-programmed chips off the Bazaar, though finding the ones you want can prove quite tedious.
