Started out as privateer and didnt like it and dropped it at about 2332 and went Imp(which Ive been ground imp since release). Did part of the quests to get the ship and now I get sent back and forth from station to Eyma as people were getting when trying to do another factions quests for another ship.

Good grief reset missions when you change factions or give us the ability to clear past missions. Yes it might let people redo missions theyve already done over and over for rewards but the system now isnt any better.

It's still bugged. I don't know when a fix will be on the way, but I do know they know about it.

Ditto.

I bought ROTW just in the hope to see some new ships.

What I ended up with was some stupidly overpowered ships, and several which are un-get-able.

if you really want the heavy x or its equlivent, just buy it from the bazaar, they tend to be listed for between 4 and 8 million

edit: and unlike the jsf or arc you dont need the badge to fly them

Bad advice. Hopefully its not too late for some of you. You MUST MUST MUST have completed the mission that goes along with the new heavy ships and the JSF to actually be able to fly it. If you dont complete the mission and get the badge, you will have paid 4-8 million for a decorative deed.

in the case of the ARC 170 and JSF you are correct, however i haveflown both the heavy x(whitch i still fly)and the vakisi without having the badge. As far as i can tell the only ships where you really need the badge are the arc and jsf

note: do not deed your arc and switch squadrens, you will not be able generate the ship again(found this out the hard way)

No you don't. I had to help a ground-pounder guildee to do his quests and lie to Eyma to get my Heavy X.
