Thread: Master jackets, medals, helmets etc

I don't recall ever seeing this asked before, so I wondered if someone could enlighten me.
The jackets, helmets etc that you get when you master, do you get them for every squadron you master, every time you do it? So if you master one rebel squadron, drop it and master another, do you get 2 helmets, 2 medals and so on?
Just wondering as I was planning on mastering as many squads as possible, and I have several female toon friends to whom I was going to donate spare medals.

I don't know if this helps, but in a well established shipwright's house I saw 3 sets of each type of helmet and jacket. So he either bought them or got them for completing the squadrons.

Yeah you get them again and again and again. Just wish I could get my alts venders to wear them

Got my medals Saturday morning for the first time (YAY!), and they are infact bio-linked. And I have also seen houses with people displaying multiple sets of Ace Gear. Hope this helps.

Only the first medal is bio-linked. Keep asking for them, and you'll get an inventory full of non-linked ones after that.

I tried that, but I could only get one. The admiral just blew me off after that. Maybe I did something wrong. How do you do it?

I don't do it. Being a girl, the jerks keep claiming to give me medals, but I never actually get them. But it is my understanding that you keep getting medals if you keep talking to him, so long as you don't have boobs...

My alt Chyyk has done 3 pilot Masters and received 3 helmets/jackets.
Still not received any medals on account of her being a female char. Would probably get sacked in RL for making a such a sexist mistake!!

Just a small pet peeve here, but I've Aced three seperate Pilot Squads (Smuggler's Alliance, Arkon Havoc (Rebel), and Corsec), I have the Rebel Ace Jacket still - I earned it fair and square... and I am a Rebel on the ground... why can't I still wear it? I just think it's a LOT better looking than the ratty looking jacket Privateers get, that's all. Probably too minor a thing to bring up, but I'm just thinking out loud.
