Does anyone actively use the crimson tie? I hear it is very hard to hit. Anyone have a good setup that they use?

A: half of us are bugged and either cant complete mission or generate the ship.

B: i would use it in PVE but anyone who uses it in PVP is quite lame until its fixed, its not because its small or manouverable why it cant be hit its hitbox is borked instead of being the whole ship a very small percentage of the upper dome is its hitbox this is why people use it despite its 80k mass.

You talk like 80K mass isnt alot. Its acutally quite a bit.
And there are other reasons why ppl use the RGI, not just because of its skewed hitbox, and for some ppl using one has nothing to do with the hitbox at all.

i use my crimson tie and has nothing to do with hitbox size. (though it wouldn't matter, since i really don't think anyone pvp's over on chilastra. so it's just a pve ship)

it's mainly because i really wanted a red tie, and soon as i found out that one was available, i set out to get it. plus, i've always loved the interceptor, so an extra 30k mass is really nice.

80k is fine i know people would rather have the extra 10k though that the JSF and the Bel offer, the appropraite word in the next sentance is some i agree with you and if i could actually generate mine i would use it PVEas i think itgives a statement of i am imp here i am now i kill you

still believe using it in PVP is a lamers tactic at least until its HB is fixed

the 10k extra mass is nice, but its the 2 weapon mounts that really give the JSF/GSF an edge.

if the hitbox was fixed, i would flymy RGI; its got alot morestyle than the relics in my opinion. but right now its tainted so i use my T/A instead.

I used mine up until I found out about the hitbox issue. I haven't used it since, but that is mostly because I have been too busy flying my new alt through as many pilot squadrons as I can. Once I finish that up and go back to flying with Treena, I'll decide if I want to keep using it or not. I love the look, and having a ship that isn't grey is really nice, but the hitbox being off does feel wrong to me.
