yeah you're stuck with kessel.....the spawns there arent so hard to find, i just fly from asteroid to asteroid with my radar turned all the way up and I usually hit a spawn of ties vs xwings or something before I get from one to the next

Actually I have found that there are several consistent patrols in Endor Space for Tier 4 TIE's. But outside of Kessel & Deep Space , there are no Tier 5 spawns that I really know of.

I have also been looking, as the guild I am apart of is Rebel. I've been taking guildmembers up in my YT-1300 , and flying to a specific spot in Kashyyyk space after declaring 'Space Overt'. The spawns are only Tier 2's, but they are rapid pace and make for fair faction point progress.
