ok, i am on my second SS quest for tier 3. going for 3322 it is the mission where i have to gan and disable an a-wing and gather some plans from him, hten i get ambushed then i have to get some more plans from another a-wing then i have to meet lambda shuttle and give him the plans then i have to go asisst 6 TIE interceptors against a huge mass of rebels, this is where i am stuck. i show up and like 12 reb tier 3/4's show up, plus a nova. i can kill 2 of them before the nova rips me apart, is there a way to solo this? should i just hyper off real quick and hope the tie's can handle themselves for a few minutes? thanx

Novas/YT-1300s/Decimators are all the same kill wise.

Pull the escorts off, like far if they will follow you, think like 2k. Kill em, if A-wings get you down remeber its all about the throtle.

Ok now the Nova, don't just blast it. Target something. I say go for the reactor or the engine. Once its not moving, not only is it easier to hit (and almost dead), but its easier to stay in range of ONE gun. If your are in its horizontal plane (front, side, back and the bits inbetween) BOTH guns can hit you. Some go for the guns, but that is more tricky.

A-wings are weak, sure they're fast and hard to hit, but they have hardly any hitting power unless you run from them in a straight line. Thereby making yourself a prime A-wing target. Ignore the fighters. Target the Novas engine and hammer that sucker. After it's disabled get away and take out the fighters or finish out the nova.

I just took on something like 10 ships and a gunboat in a Tier 4 Inquisition mission, try this:

Pull away from everything, and joust the A-Wings attacking you. KEEP GOING, and joust the Nova (which you had targetted the whole time. Then you boost away from the Nova in the same general direction, and get set up for your next run. This works nicely if you have maybe 1k distance or so between the fighters and the other ship, though I don't know how fast a Nova is. Note that thisrequires a good booster and the L6 reward engine, at the least - you want to be at least a bit faster than the A-Wings without booster.
