I believe it's the 3rd Smuggler's Alliance mission - you must first disable some valarian's, inspect for their plans then dock and retrieve them. Then you get sent to Tatooine to destroy 4 tier 4s and 1 tier 5 valarian.

Then, and this is where I get stuck, you are sent to endor to capture a valarian freighter. Twice now I've gone to Endor and destroyed the escort, then disabled the freighter by disabling the engine. The ship denies my request to dock, but the chat bar says something like, "capture begun" and then a few seconds later, "capture complete." Then the freighter starts to move again and the wookie pilot says, "you won't get away with this, we've sent out the signal enjoy our hospitality." then I can't shoot the freighter anymore so I'm assuming I'm escorting it. waves of valarians come and the freighter pilot says, "rescue us brothers," and then "do you think that is all?" after I destroy the fighters. This continues for 40 minutes or so then the freighter stops at the edge of the zone, then leaves and it says I took too long to complete my mission. Am I missing something obvious? I've tried docking, inspecting, and shooting the freighter throughout the mission and can't do anything different. Any help would be much appreciated! I thought the kobayashi maru was for a different universe...

I HATE that freaking mission, I got it done after three tries. Once you can jump away, try getting more than 13K meters from it to stop the spawning and just follow it around the sector. The freighter will not exit when it is supposed to. It just turns around and goes the other way.
