I just got the SoroSub last night, adn I cant upgrade it or anything which is fine with me. But it doesnt have weapons or anything, so can it be attacked by enemies? Or is it safe from ANYTHING? Like can I fly into Deep Space to show people the Star Destroyer, or Kessel to show Coruscant, without being attacked?

The yacht cannot be taken into Deep Space or Kessel. I believe that at one time, it may have been possible to do so (there's a pre-RoTW "Player Screenshot of the Day" depicting a Mon Cal looking out the window of the yacht at a Corellian Corvette), but if you take the yacht to a deep space station and attempt to communicate with the station, you get the message that they can't do anything for you in your current ship.
