What would be the best choice for my first Tier 3 box, im thinking either 3222, or 2322. Please post your opinion. Thanks!!!

i had chosen 2322 at that point in game, but it does not realy "count" what decission you fell because after you have done the first tier3 mission you get trained a tier3 still, after the next mission the next skill and so on until all tier3 skills are learned, you do not need the XPs at tier 3 lvl

I say always get the equipment box first. Having a newer ship makes no difference if the parts on it couldn't hurt a fly.

i agree with equipt first, until you hit tier 4. then i went ships first because there is little l8 loot, and the aggressor is a 2 person ship.

Always always always take equipment first for the first three tiers. Why? examine the damage band on each level of crafted weapon and note the improvement. This is a key in tier3 especially if you like to fly solo, since this is the point in the game where the missions get longer and tougher.

ive always gotten the equipment box first and it is always the best to get, so i thought until yesterday.
it probably still is, but im just a bit irritated that all my lvl 7 components weigh 10k mass more that the lvl 5 stuff i have.
i expected it to weigh more but 10k?
when i got my dunelizard, i had so much extra mass available i figured i would be able to use it all through tier 3 and maybe into tier 4 but its not looking that way now, i dont have enough room to put everything i want in their.
its not even a matter of taking things out, i found a nice 83 speed engine, a nice cap with recharge of 48, and some good weapons but cant fit them all in. taking out the booster and missiles wouldnt do any good, as thats only about 7k mass, leaving me 5-6k short.
has anyone else noticed this or do i just have crappy parts? it seems like the stuff i bought from this person before were pretty damn good, nice low mass, good output on damage or speed, but now, im not sure.
the advanced weapons weigh about 13.3k each, the engine is about 15k.
i only bought a new engine, cap, shield and weapons, i have a great reactor thats better than the lvl7's, a nice booster, and a decent d.i., but really would like a faster one, but cant even come close to fitting it in.
i guess ill go back to the lvl4 engine and find an overload chip, and same with the cap, maybe i can get both my weapons in then.
