I have the 'chopped off' look on my Krayt. You get a reward level 8 engine that is 88 speed. I don't know if this is a Smuggler's Alliance reward only. The reward engine doesn't give you the 'chopped off' look but I RE'd it with another engine that gave it the 'chopped off' look.

good point -- as I was watching the news on TV that idea just came to me as well! - -all I need to do is buya few level 8 engines

Hi all,
just a slight rant here, but more of a post to ask for your views...
I made Master eariler this week and immediately unpacked my krayt. I'd been saving a few nice engines for it, but ACK! - -ALL of them when fitted gave the 'tapering' engine style of appearance - -how ugly does this make the krayt look? - -its like a big (dont go there.....)...
anyway - -the best engine I had (and can find) that gives the 'chopped off' look to the rear of the gunship is a 74speed, 65ish pyr....ack....
Ive bought 3 tier 5 engines from SW so far and ALL have the tapering effect when fitted - Im losing money hand over fist trying to find a good engine that I like the look of - has anyone else had this problem? - -specifically, as anyone BOUGHT a tier 5 engine from a SW (crafted part) that when fitted, has the 'chopped' appearance (you know - -ends in one BIG engine nozzel rather than the small tapered versions you also get)...
any advice would be apreciated - -will I ever get an engine that looks decent in the darned thing?
