Thread: Need Location to start Smuggler Tier 4

I am currently a Neutral Pilot in the Smuggler faction 3333 and almost ready to start muy tier 4 missions. My rpoblem is I stopped playing JTL months ago, just continuing it now, and don't know where to go next (it isn't listed in my quest log). Can anyone help me and tell me where I go to start the tier 4 missions for smuggler? Thanks!
