Flash just continues to say "Who you looking at" when I try to talk to him. Any way to actually get this quest?

Look at "Ctrl+J" and see if you have an active quest in your Journal...

Nope, no space missions currently. He just keeps saying that.

He didn't tell you to go talk to Thom Steele in the Cantina in Dearic on Talus? After you do a couple of missions for Thom, Thom tells you to talk to Captain Koh (I think I spelt that right), on the third level of the tree in Kachiro.
