But when I trained in the last box, I didn't recieve another waypoint to a master trainer or how to enter the Kessal sytem.

Did I do something wrong?

You have to go back to the same trainer, there is one last 3-part mission left....and it's a doozy. You don't train in skill points the same in piloting as you do with the rest.

I completed all 4 mission given to me by the Reb trainer in the Lok hotel. So from what you are telling me there a 4 missions...4 to train each teir 4 box and 1 to enter Kessal and find the Master trainer.

No. if youre trainer talked about moving on, then you need to proceed to Corellia, Doaba Guerful, and talk to the General in the Hotel there. He will give you the first Ace mission.
